Book My Board (“we”, “us”) helps businesses book billboard and hoarding advertising in Pune. This policy explains what we collect when you use bookmyboard.in and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our form, we receive:

• your name and phone number
• your email address and business name, if you give them
• the areas, budget, timing and any message you add about your campaign

We also collect anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, country and page speed) through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. These do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.

How we use it

• to contact you about your enquiry and send you a shortlist of boards
• to check board availability and prepare a quote for your campaign
• to keep a record of enquiries we have handled

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who else handles it

Our website is hosted by Vercel, and enquiries are delivered to us by email through our email provider. When we check availability with board owners, we share your campaign requirements (such as areas and dates), not your contact details, unless you agree to it first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any booking that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To do that, send a request through the enquiry form and say what you need. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
